We finally had our dinner party! It was so much and I think everyone had a great time. I ended up serving:
Pork Loin stuffed with spinach,  jack cheese, and sundried tomato pesto
Green Beans with roasted red peppers and onions
Mushroom Risotto

We had my brie stuffed dates for appetizers and costco apple pie for dessert. 

Yay!

This weekend we are headed to NY to meet husband's sister. She is visiting from his country for work. We scored a great deal on a room from priceline and we are staying in the 30s near Lex. Any great and CHEAP restaurant recommendations in the area? Husband's sister is in the low 50s near Lex-- so anything between those locations would rock. 

I hope we are able to make it to the Met finally, I have never been and I am dying to go. It looks like it is open late on the weekends, so woot! 

In other news-- there is no news yet. I am halfway through the two week wait and feeling weird due to the progesterone supplements, which is to be expected. Now to make it through the rest of the wait!
