Roasted Tomato and Garlic Whole Grain Rice
Black beans, black eyed peas, onions, red peppers cooked in chicken stock, bayou blast seasoning and chipolte pepper
Salmon cooked in bayou seasoning
chicken sausage
tomato
Mango salsa

I am cooking enough these days to feel like I can get creative in the kitchen and not be terrified of screwing things up. I just started cooking tonight with the idea of using the 2 pieces of sausage and rice and everything else was a experiment.

I drove in the ice storm to vote-- I feel so noble :)
And my man Obama won in Virginia. Even bigger deal: I might have convinced my dad to vote for him. This is a man who thinks Jesse Helms is one step below Jesus.
