I think I like yoga. I don't think I have ever actually liked any form of exercise before. This might be the beginning of a huge change in my life. Working on small changes-- still just drinking water, no caffeine, avoiding fake sugar and white stuff (when I can).
I need to go to spinning for the cardio workout, but have made the executive decision that spinning and cramps are a bad combination. Maybe I will run again tomorrow night and get back on my couch to 5K program.
As I was taking my dark chocolate cake out of the oven last night and flipped it over and it broke into a million pieces. I already had icing made, so I had to create something. I dumped a layer of pieces in a bottom of a casserole dish. Covered it with a layer of icing, then did the same thing again. Stopped by the grocery store on the way to the party for a can of chocolate whip cream. Put the entire can on top and sprinkled on chocolate shavings. SO FREAKIN' GOOD! I love happy kitchen accidents.
The Freecreditreport.com commercials get stuck in my head. I seriously like that guy's voice. So I did some research and found out the singer is a French guy named Eric Violette. I never would have guessed that. He doesn't even have a imdb page, just his own website (only in french): www.ericviolette.com
