So the short version of this story is that a honor student, Dave Kori, tried multiple times to call the work number of Dean Tistdadt, the person responsible for deciding if schools close due to snow. He also emailed the guy and never got a response. Finally, after we had 4 inches of snow he called his home phone number (which is listed) around lunch time. No one answered so he left a message. And this is the response he got from his wife, Candy Tistdadt:
The student was given detention for using his cell phone during school hours and apologized. The woman never apologized or admitted any wrongdoing. Her husband basically trashed the kid for putting the recording on youtube. The kid claims freedom of speech. What do you think?
