Well, after the success of Thanksgiving and my mini Christmas gathering, we are hosting a dinner party at the end of this month. I am scared.
I don't know why. I can cook and our house, while small, is cute and guest friendly. But, I am fretting over what to cook that everyone will like. Ideas I have had thus far:
Appetizer:
Main: Chicken Parmesan with homemade sauce
Salad with parmesan crisp
Dessert: Tiramasu
Appetizer: Dates stuffed with brie and pecans
Main: Pork Loin
Sides: Potatoes in some form, Roasted Veggies
Dessert: Fruit cobbler with ice cream
Main:
Bunch of Tapas (which might be nice, if people offer to bring things)
Dessert: Something chocolate
What would you prefer? Anybody got a great suggestion?

I just had a UN meeting on my dinner plate:
Italian spinach
Asian style pork loin
Southern black-eyed peas
and it was good.
